What is this service?

1.An Audiology-led ear wax removal service for Powys residents over the age of 11. You do not need to see your GP or your practice Nurse.

Where are appointment being offered?

Currently, we are able to offer appointments at:

• Llanidloes Hospital,
• Machynlleth Hospital,
• Newtown Hospital,
• Knighton Hospital,
• Waterloo Road Llandrindod Wells,
• Glan Irfon, Builth Wells
• Bronllys hospital
• Ystradgynlais Hospital

Appointments are not available in every site every day.

How do I book an appointment?

1. Complete the self-referral form and email to therapies.hub.pow@wales.nhs.uk  or
2. Obtain a paper referral from your GP surgery and send to address below
