Montgomery Medical Practice are pleased to announce that you can now access health services on the new NHS Wales App that has replaced My Health Online.

The App is a simple and secure way to:

• Book routine appointments
• Order repeat prescriptions
• View parts of your medical record

To access the App you must be

• be aged 16 or over

with one of the following;

• have a fully verified NHS login
• a valid photo ID to prove who you are
• verify your identity using the welsh identity verification service

The recommended versions are for Apple iOS 14 and later, and Android 10 and later.
